first_imgFrom 1 May 2017, Qantas Frequent Flyer members will be able to earn more Qantas Points when they spend money overseas using the Qantas Cash Card – for example, spend $7,500 overseas and earn 11,250 Qantas Points (up from 7,500 points previously).Key benefits:Qantas Cash users earn 50 per cent more Qantas Points than previously, earning 1.5 Qantas Points for every $1 spent in foreign currency (previously it was 1 Qantas Point for every $1 spent in foreign currency).Access more competitive exchange rates when you pre-load currency onto your Qantas Cash card.Qantas Cash is built into existing Qantas Frequent Flyer cards, making it a convenient way for members to carry cash while they travel.Qantas Frequent Flyers in Australia can load up to 11 currencies on one card.Close to $3 billion has been loaded on Qantas Cash cards since launch.
