Encore Boston Opens in Everett After Craft Table & Bar closed this past April, it is now believed that Pazza on Porter will plan to open in the same space. Very little information is available about the opening, but it looks as though that the two people behind the new restaurant are Raffaele Scalzi (who is presumably the same Raffaele Scalzi of Casa Mia Cucina Italiana in Marblehead) and Mivan Spencer (who is presumably the same Mivan Spencer of Caffe Dello Sport in the North End), read more on Boston Restaurant Talk. 6:00PM Friends of Cutillo Park Reception at 226 Causeway Street.
